As crazy as this idea sounds, how many times have you been at a large event and noticed the ad that was being pulled by a plane? The surprising thing is it is not nearly as expensive as you probably think. Find a big event and have a strong, simple call to action.

2) Guest Lecture or Teach a Class
Find a local college or university that offers continuing education courses. Offer to be a guest lecturer, or even teach a class.

3) Help A Reporter
Sign up for an account at Haro (helpareporter.com). Reporters looking for people to get information or interview for articles they are writing. post to this site with specific needs they have.
Insider Tip: This is a popular site and it takes time to “pitch” yourself for each post. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t get contacted, keep trying. If you can get a mention in a national news story, the effort should be well worth it.
Bonus Idea: Be A Matching Donor
Offer to be a Matching Donor for a non-profit you are passionate about. This is a great way to both give back to your community and help build awareness of your company.
Insider Tip: Try to pick an event or campaign that relates to your good or services, but more importantly, believe in their mission and have a vested interest in what they do.
